Serves 6
Ingredients
1/2 lb. cooked crab meat (picked)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 cups cooked peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked white rice
Crisp salad greens
Salt and pepper to taste
Gently combine all ingredients except salad greens in bowl.
Mix gently to combine.
Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour.
Serve on salad greens.
