Tangy Marmalade Marinade

Makes 1 cup

  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

In small nonmetal bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, marmalade and lemon juice. Use to marinate beef, poultry or pork for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
