Cocktail Recipe

Champagne Sherbet Punch

 
  • Ice blocks
  • 24 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • One 750-ml. bottle champagne
  • 1 quart lemon, pineapple, or other flavored sherbet

Chill all ingredients. Place ice blocks in bowl. Add juices to bowl. Stir in champagne and scoops of sherbet just before serving.

Yield: 20 servings.
